Hitch
Austin-based rideshare startup Hitch was using a large, legacy health insurer for their employee health benefits for several years. Chief Strategy Officer Jay Manickam and the rest of the Hitch team grew increasingly dissatisfied with the clunky processes, slow support resolution time, and increasing premium costs from their previous insurer.
After being introduced to Sana, Manickam was blown away by the breadth of care options and convenience offered through Sana’s health plans. In addition to seeing any provider without out-of-network fees, Hitch employees can visit Sana’s health center located in central Austin and receive $0 primary care. Sana’s responsive customer support also helps Manickam save time on administrative tasks compared to his experience with legacy health insurers.
